- Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and are typically valid for one year from the purchase date.
Process:
- Contact info@wakesports.com for any warranty issues.
- Wakesports Unlimited will assist and submit your warranty claim.
- Follow instructions provided by Wakesports Unlimited for completing the claim.
- Warranties can take up to 2-3 to complete via vendors policies but we are here to try to get the process expedited for you as we know you want to get back on the water asap.
Shipping:
- Return shipping for warranty claims is the buyer's responsibility.
- Some manufacturers may cover shipping charges within the United States for replaced or repaired items under warranty.
Refunds:
- No refunds from Wakesports Unlimited are provided for warranty claims.
