Returns & Refunds
- For returns made within 30 days of purchase, a refund will be applied back to the original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping.
- For returns made within 30-60 days of purchase, store credit will be provided, minus the cost of shipping.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return, but may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Return Terms
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Items must be returned unused in original condition with ALL packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories.
- Ensure careful packaging to avoid damage during return transit.
- Do not ship your return in its retail packaging. Please use either the original shipping box or a new box with the return in its retail packaging inside.
- A full or partial refund will be issued upon inspection of return based on product condition, minus original shipping cost.
- A restocking fee of up to 50% will be applied to any returns/exchanges of product missing original parts, or product returned in damaged retail packaging.
- We do not accept returns of used items.
Received a damaged product? Please contact us at Mike@wakesports.com with pictures of the damaged box and product including your order number.
Exchanges
To simplify the exchange process, we ask that you place a new order for the correct product so that we can deliver it to you as soon as possible. This will also avoid the risk of the item selling out.
Please follow the instructions above for returning your exchange. Exchanges must be in the condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging sent via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Customer covers return shipping.
LIFE VESTS
"IF IT ZIPS IT FITS". These vests should be really snug if not a little uncomfortable at first. Why? Because after a couple of uses they will stretch out and fit more comfortably. If they zip up too easily out of the box, they are too big and will ride up over your shoulders after a couple uses.
