Return/Exchange Policy Returns
You've got 3 options:
- Store Credit - Receive store credit for the product you're sending back to use on other items.
- Refund - Receive a refund back to your original payment method. Only available within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchange – Need a different size? No problem, we have got you covered.

- All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
- You have 30 days to return any order for a full refund minus our cost of shipping, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Returns on orders 30-60 days from the purchase date will be honored but will be completed for store credit in total of the returned item minus the cost of our shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Returns will be processed within 3 business days after receiving them. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) for the refunds to be posted to your original payment method depending on your bank. If longer than 10 business days, please contact us email@example.com to see if the refund was processed. If it was, you might need to contact your bank to see what the delay is.
- Received a damaged product? Please refer to our Shipping Policy for directions on what to do or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damaged box and the damaged product.
To simplify the exchange process, we handle them slightly different. Instead of a traditional exchange, we ask that you simply place a new order over the phone or online for the product that you would like so that we can deliver it to you as soon as possible. This will also allow you to avoid the risk of the item selling out. You will receive a full refund (minus the cost of our shipping charges) for your item once we receive the return. Exchanges must be in the condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and sent via FedEx or UPS.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Upon inspection of returned product, Wakesports Unlimited, at its discretion, will issue a full or partial refund less for the original shipping charges depending on the condition we receive the product.
- Customer pays price difference and new shipping costs on exchanged merchandise.
Remember: In order to qualify for a full refund or exchange, all items must be returned in new and unused condition with their original packaging intact. This also includes any retail packaging that products are sold in. Do not ship the merchandise you are returning to us in its retail packaging, please use either the shipping box the product was delivered in or a new box. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied to any returns/exchanges of product missing original parts, or product returned in damaged retail packaging.
