FAQ'S: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I know if my child is ready for the District instead of the Vault?
If your child is already comfortable crossing the wake and is starting to try jumps or surface 180s, they’re ready for the District. The Vault is great for learning how to edge, but the Kid’s District is a progression wakeboard that won't hold them back as they start riding more aggressively.
What is the weight range for the 129cm Kid's District?
This junior wakeboard package is the 'sweet spot' for riders up to 125 lbs. If your child is approaching that weight or is growing fast, they might be ready to move into the 134cm adult District for more lift and longevity.
Can siblings with different shoe sizes share the Divide boots?
Yes! The open-toe Divide boot is the best choice for a shared kids wakeboard package. It’s highly adjustable and usually covers a range of shoe sizes, allowing multiple kids on the boat to use the same setup comfortably.
Is this board harder to get up on than a beginner board?
Not at all. While it’s faster and a bit more responsive, the District 129cm wakeboard is still very stable thanks to the 1" fins it comes with. It doesn't have the asymmetrical 'training wheels' of the Vault, but its hybrid shape makes it very predictable for junior riders learning to master their edges.
Can my kid use this wakeboard package at a cable park?
This is a dedicated boat board. It features a foam core and molded-in fins designed for popping off a wake. Hitting rails or ramps at a cable park will damage the base and the fins.
