FAQ'S: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does 'Instant Energy 9' actually feel like on the water?
It means the wakeboard is incredibly reactive. Some wakeboards have a 'delayed' or 'stored' energy feel that’s smoother for beginners. The Supreme is the opposite—it’s rigid and snappy, sending all that energy back to you the millisecond you leave the wake for a more explosive vertical boost.
How does the Supreme’s Hybrid Rocker differ from a standard 3-Stage board?
A traditional 3-stage board can feel slow in the water because of the 'kink' in the shape. The Supreme’s Hybrid Rocker blends a fast, continuous center with a 3-stage 'kick' at the edges. This gives you the high-end speed of a continuous wakeboard but the big, vertical air of a 3-stage depending how you cut into the wake.
Why use a BOA on the bottom and a Lace Lock on the top?
It's all about independent tension. The lower BOA dial locks your forefoot and heel into place with zero slip, while the upper lace (or lace lock system) lets you customize the flex of the boot's cuff. You can keep it tight for maximum support or leave it a little loose if you like to 'tweak' your grabs and have more ankle mobility.
Are the Supreme BOA boots heat-moldable?
Yes. Unlike the Parks boots, the Supreme boots feature the Intuition+ heat-moldable liner. We highly recommend getting them molded at a shop (or doing it at home) to eliminate pressure points and get that custom, anatomical 'locked-in' fit.
Can I share this wakeboard with my friends on the boat?
Because these are closed-toe boots with a specific size and a liner designed to mold to your foot, we don't recommend sharing them. Letting someone else ride them will pack out the custom-molded foam. If you need a shareable version, look at the Supreme with Anthem BOA (open-toe) wakeboard package.
What is the purpose of the 'Speedwalls' on the Supreme?
The vertical urethane edges act as a bumper for durability, but they also provide a speed advantage. Because the rail is more vertical, it creates less drag than a rolled rail, helping you maintain more speed through your turn and into the wake.
