The Golden Rule:
If your vest zips up effortlessly on land, it is likely too big. A loose vest will ride up past your ears once you hit the water.

Note: Some impact vests, like the Ronix Vader, look like a CGA vest with 3 points of contact (zipper + buckles) but are in fact Impact Vests. Always verify the safety rating before purchasing.

FAQ'S: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will the Orange fade into a duller color after a few months? +
No. Follow uses high-grade UV-resistant dyes in their 2026 Dual-Layer neoprene. While we always recommend rinsing with fresh water and drying in the shade, this orange is built to stay "high-vis" all season long.
Is the Orange/Black version heavier because of the bright pigments? +
Not at all. The color is in the fabric, not the foam. All 2026 Section vests use the same Featherweight Foam, maintaining the lightest float-to-weight ratio in the industry.
Does the Orange section show "black rub" from the board or ropes? +
The high-density neoprene is very durable, but like any light/bright color, it can show some "battle scars" over time. A mild wetsuit cleaner can usually take care of any surface marks from your board's grip tape or the tow rope.
Why is the bottom half Black? +
This is a functional design choice. The black lower half hides the "water line" and any lake sediment, while the orange upper keeps you visible to the driver and other boats while you're floating in the water.
