The Happy Fit is Follow’s most accommodating cut. Unlike "Pro Fit" vests that are extremely tapered and tight, the Section features a longer torso and a straighter waistline. It’s designed for the rider who wants elite performance without the restrictive, "painted-on" feel of a competition vest.
Should I size up in the 2026 Follow Section vest? +
No. Because the Section uses the Relaxed Fit profile and high-stretch Dual-Layer neoprene, it fits very true to your standard t-shirt size. If you usually wear a Large shirt, a Large Section vest will provide the perfect "snug-but-comfortable" fit.
Is the Follow Section vest Coast Guard Approved (CGA)? +
No, the Follow Section is a premium Impact Vest (Non-CGA). It is designed to be lightweight and flexible for wakeboarding and surfing. While it provides excellent flotation, it is not a life jacket and should only be used in supervised settings or private waterways.

All premium neoprene vests stretch roughly 10-15% after 2-3 "wet" sessions. The Section is engineered with a TrueFit Liner to ensure that while the neoprene contours to your body for a custom fit, the internal Featherweight foam stays securely in place and won't sag.
