We took the 2026 Mindset out with our female riders and the first thing we noticed was the narrower width is an absolute game-changer for smaller riders. It flips from rail to rail effortlessly, making the board feel like a natural extension of your feet rather than something you have to manhandle. Whether we were throwing 360 shuvs or surface 3's, the board felt incredibly "tossable" and predictable. What is the best way to learn 360s on the Phase 5 Mindset? +
Because the board is so thin and narrow, it wants to rotate. Keep your weight centered, use a slight heel-side edge to initiate, and the 1” Skim Fin will release the tail with almost zero resistance. The Full Deck Techno Grip will ensure your feet stay glued even if you land a little off-center.
