Phase Fives 2021 wake surfboards:
PHASE FIVE SWELL WAKE SURFBOARD - The Swell designed by Stacia Bank has been a staple in the line for many year. It offers a leaner outline, pulled in nose and a super poppy tail. The more parallel rails increase the down the line speed, while the wide tail gives you tons of boost off the wave and helps you spin those smooth 360’s. The pulled in nose lets you charge the lip with speed and power.
PHASE FIVE AHI WAKE SURFBOARD - We worked with John Akerman to develop an "ocean style” surfboard for behind the boat. The Ahi is the result. To start, we will begin at the tail- the swallow tail shape gives the board the drive to lift and snap in critical spots on the lip. The overall outline releases like a charm when you want it to and provides the control you need at every moment.
PHASE FIVE DOCTOR WAKE SURFBOARD - Big Guy Alert! Don’t be left behind…(the boat.) You have asked for a remedy for the “lost my wave performance blues”, so we called up the Doctor. His script calls for a massive dose of planing surface with a fast, trim rail line and Quad fin set up delivered in a FLEXTec V2 glass shell. Ample nose rocker to keep her on top, a clean single concave to charge down the line and gentle tail kick make the Doctor fast, stable and forgiving with plenty of maneuverability. A painless cure for the sluggish blues, the Doctor is a great addition to any quiver!
PHASE FIVE AKU V2 WAKE SURFBOARD - The Aku is the first surfboard shape introduced by Phase Five. This is a fast carving, air boosting wake surfboard built for speed. The Phase Five Aku V2 is the same shape as the first version, the only change is the splat paint graphics. The Aku V2 is fast, aggressive and ready to slash and boost your heart out. Twin fin configured for max speed and drive, coupled with a diamond bumped wing tail for pivot and performance.

PHASE FIVE HAMMERHEAD WAKE SKIM BOARD - The Hammerhead is the king of revert. Starting with a square nose and ending with a square tail, this board doesn’t care which end is in front. The squared nose allows it to stay stable and fast when riding revert. A recent re-design of the Hammerhead sports a peanut shape which is a concept that places the volume under your feet where pressure is actually exerted without rounding out the board so much that is loses speed or maneuverability. This is allows for the board to actually be faster and more nimble than the previous Hammerhead models. The Hammerhead is made with our signature GatorSkin™ glass that makes it ultra strong while maintaining light weight for performance. The Hammerhead is equipped with a single 1” fin to make it fast and maneuverable for all riders.
PHASE FIVE MODEL X WAKE SKIM BOARD - The Model X is one of the most popular boards in the lineup known for it’s versatility. It rides like no other board featuring a pulled in skim style nose with full mid section and a nice wide single wing swallow tail. This means a fast and stable ride but ready to let loose when you want it to. It is ready for beginners and experts alike. The Model X is glassed with Carbon fiber glass that gives the board a stealth look and superior strength. It’s tri-fin skim fin setup can be configured in a variety of different positions to best suit what the rider needs. It’s clear to see why the Model X is a best seller year after year.
PHASE FIVE HYPSTA WAKE SKIM BOARD - The Hypsta is a true crowd pleaser. It’s versatility lends itself to satisfy a wide range of riders. The most obvious features is the ultra wide tail and unique squared swallowtail which make it a very stable platform for any rider. It will allow more seasoned riders to step up their spinning game and challenge the rider in ways that are completely satisfying. The 50” size will support riders of all weight ranges up to 200 pounds and the 54” size is a beast ready to support any rider up to 250 pounds. Any wave is fun on the Hypsta!
PHASE FIVE LUV WAKE SKIM BOARD - The Diamond Luv is the high-end answer to the ladies out there pushing their limits. The Luv sports all the same features as our Diamond in a scaled down version. The full tail gives you back foot control without compromising speed. Built with our eye catching Carbon Innegra Horizontal glass, it catches a lot of affection. The Luv has become the go to board for riders of all levels.
