Wakesports Return Policy:
We believe in the gear we carry, that is why we guarantee you will love the gear you buy! Every item we sell is backed by our 365 day guarantee. In the small chance you don't like your new items we offer a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase on all your items for store credit or a 30 day cash back guarantee*.
For security purposes, credit on your card or Paypal can only be issued within 30 days of purchase. Credit to a card or Pay Pal account can be given only to the original card / account used for payment. Any items returned after these timeframes will be issued credit toward other merchandise via Promo Code.
* All items must be unused and have all the orginal tags with the orginal packaging. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange for different size/item:
The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to contact us to authorize your return and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. You will receive a full refund (minus the cost of any Wakesports supplied shipping labels) for your item once we receive the return. Feel free to give us a call to set up your exchange or answer any questions. If their is any difference in cost we will refund you or send you an invoice for the extra cost.
We can also do a straight exchange for an item if you ship back the item to our San Diego store. We will send out the different size/item to you as soon as we receive back your item in perfect/unused condition.
Ship your return:
For domestic returns, we offer flat rate UPS shipping labels. Most returns are just $10. Oversized items such as Wakeboards, Wakesurf, Waterskis are $20. Wakeboard Packages (Board and Boots) are $25. The return label will taken out of your refund. Please contact us with your order number ready and we will email you the return label. Or if you ship it back to us yourself we can refund your whole order amount.
Return in person:
We sell only the highest quality merchandise and stand behind every product we sell. If you have a problem with a product you ordered please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects. Each product has a different warranty so please contact us to find out the warranty information about your exact item. You will not be charged for domestic shipping on a warranty replacement. The warranty process typically takes 1-2 weeks not including shipping.
Received a damaged package?
We have a limited time frame to file a shipping claim, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com and include your order number with pictures of the damaged product including the shipping box.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges when we provide the return label, which will be deducted from the refund.
Closeout, Sale, Used or Blem items are not available for return unless they are defective. Some of these items may be exchanged; please contact a customer service representative if you would like to seek an exchange or have a question about a product before you order it.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded on any order - a minimum of $10.00 for shipping will be deducted from the credit amount on all returns.
Returns/exchanges are usually processed within 3 - 4 business days after receipt. However, during busy times, they can take up to 10 business days. Please contact us if you have not received a status on your return / exchange after 10 days of our receiving it. Please have your order number from your returned package available when you contact us.
